Pet Friendly Cabins
Your pet and your family will adore this affordable luxury cabin. Some of my favorite attributes include the free-standing stone fireplace in the family room, majestic windows to mountain views, bunk beds for the kids, and a lower level game room with fireplace and bar.
Of course there is a private hot tub, and a fire pit…and the best? A wooden soaking tub in the Master. Ahhh.
This Morning Breeze cabin, like all their cabins, is dog friendly. That means you can have up to 2 dogs with no size or weight limits, and no pet deposits. Woot!
You can see Cherry Lake from almost every room of this cabin. It includes a fireplace, three bedrooms (including one with bunk beds for the kids), plenty of cozy places on the porch to enjoy a cuppa joe while you watch the lake — including a special porch off the master and a view of the lake from the outdoor hot tub. We haven’t even mentioned the game room!
Outdoors you’ll find a super horseshoe ring, a fire pit close to the water, and…wait for it…an awesome dock with seating area, and a jon boat and kayak for your weekend enjoyment! I can picture our lab in the lake paddling with the kiddos!
This secluded cabin from Mountain Top Cabin Rentals was made just for two. From the romantic four-poster bed that gives you a view of the fireplace, to the jetted garden tub, there is a couples vibe all around. Not to mention the hot tub…no one will even know you are there since you’re sitting on 4-acres of thicketed property.
This one-bedroom, one-bath is a studio cottage less than three miles from Downtown. The stained lapboard ceiling and indoor stone wall make it very romantic. Enjoy the small deck on the top floor, or the private hot tub on the lower level. And the best place for coffee is in the chairs by the fire pit and Toccoa river.
On The Toccoa River
This charming 3 bedroom sits on the Toccoa. You’ll love the building just to the side of the house – a screened in porch with comfy seating, a TV, and hot tub. To the side is the fire pit, where you can hear the river rushing by. Follow the walkway down the property and just across the road to a private deck for fishing or enjoying the view.
You’ll never want to leave this grand cabin! It sits 50 feet from the river’s edge, and it includes a number of swings and seats by the water…and a fire pit. In fact, you can even enjoy the sounds (and view!) from the covered seating and hot tub area.
The three bedrooms each contain king sized beds and private baths, great for multiple families. Take your coffee on one of three covered porches..including bedroom access.
On Lake Blue Ridge
Bright white design with pops of color…floor to ceiling windows with views of the lake…it’s modern rustic, and it is lovely! The details – white washed wood ceilings, see-thru cable railing, overhead rain showers, stack stone fireplace – are unmatched. This charmer offers access to the deep-water with a covered boat slip, and a fire pit by the shoreline.
Not to be confused with the Water’s Edge above, this large gorgeous property feels more like a home than a cabin but exudes a modern rustic feel. Sit on the lower terrace watching the lake, or walk down the into the yard to enjoy the fire pit and seating area. From there, a short walk takes you to the private covered dock…you’ll find it close to Lakewood boat launch.
For Large Groups or Big Families
With four bedrooms, there is room for everyone in this Blue Ridge cabin rental. Enjoy two master suites, with one on the main floor and one upstairs. Plus the theater room, pool table, and walk in sauna will keep everyone busy when you’re not on the trail or at the lake. At night, soak in the hot tub, roast marshmallows at the fire pit, or lounge on the expansive covered porch.
Four bedrooms just not enough? Try this cabin that sleeps 19 people! Bedrooms (including two mater suites) open to the multi-level covered porches. You can hang out in the game room, with a large TV and options to play billiards, shuffleboard, and chess; or use the karaoke machine to sing your favorite songs.
But why stay indoors. Head to the two-story dock with seating for everyone. Leverage the two boat slips or the paddle boat – or try swimming or fishing from the dock.
Close To Downtown Blue Ridge
You are right in the heart of Downtown Blue Ridge in this refurbished 1946 cottage. It includes a gorgeous full kitchen, which is a rare find in the downtown area. You’ve got parking (another Downtown perk!), a gas-burning fireplace, spacious deck, and fun loft for watching TV or playing cards.
Mountain Top Cabin Rental boasts an incredible “apartment-like” suites in the downtown area, and this is The Penthouse…though “apartment-like” does not give credit where it is due…these are wonderful rental options for those seeking the treasures of Downtown.
Imagine a French style white carved gas log fireplace, a full kitchen with plenty of cocktail-making space, a crystal chandelier in the bathroom – and the cherry on top? You’ll have a rare birds-eye view of Downtown Blue Ridge on the private balcony!
In The Aska Adventure Area
If you are looking for hiking, biking or river excitement then Aska Adventure Area is where to be! When you’re not on the trails then spend time in the game room, with a card table, foosball, table shuffleboard and a flat panel TV.
From the kitchen and living room area you can see past the wrap-around deck to amazing mountain views…or focus on the real log fireplace.
The details in this cabin cannot be missed. The copper vanities, the jetted garden tub, and the specially-designed wood details will make your stay inviting and unforgettable. You’re only two miles from the Toccoa River Restaurant, and right in the middle of the best in mountain biking.
Under $100 per Night
Great North Georgia mountain views and room for the family do not have to cost a bundle. The covered porch, open floor plan, fire pit, fireplace, hot tub and more will leave you speechless….especially considering that it starts at $99 per night.
An A-frame with tons of charm, this cute cabin is pet-friendly and can sleep up to six people. Enjoy an outdoor living space, screen porch, fire pit with hammock…and it starts at $99 per night.
**Note: The prices here do not include any additional fees, peak travel dates, or lodging tax.
Think Beyond The Typical Mountain Cabin
It’s a real treehouse. Not just a wood cabin “in the trees” but a genuine treehouse, with a real tree growing right through the center of the house! It was built by The TreeHouse Guys from DIY Network and sits on Bear Claw Vineyard. We went with the family, but it would be a spectacular couples getaway also!
Did you know Blue Ridge is home to the world’s most celebrated fly rod maker? On East Main Street, William Oyster and his wife Shannen showcase their work and workshop, and it is a must-see even if you aren’t a fly-fishing connoisseur. These museum quality bamboo rods are yearned for by art collectors and anglers alike – even used by a number of presidents.
Above their store sits a cool and casual Inn right in the heart of Downtown. You can rent a room to call “home base” as you head out for fly fishing…or rent the entire Inn, which is great for a family.
Tucked away at the end of a private dirt road, this stunning glamping destination is the perfect getaway with views over the Toccoa River Valley and the Cohutta Wilderness Mountains. Sleep in the converted campervan with up to four guests in two petite bedroom compartments (queen beds.) Don’t skip s’mores by this fantastic fire pit. And yes, there is a bathroom and electricity!
The Blue Ridge Inn Bed and Breakfast is one of the oldest residences in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Built in 1890’s, the three-story, bed and breakfast Victorian inn has been elegantly restored and refurnished into it’s original grandeur.
Choose from a suite or a room; both offer private baths but the suite includes an extra room…for spreading out or accommodating 2 additional people. All guests enjoy a wonderful homemade breakfast and free parking, making it easy to explore Downtown.
If you’re looking to accommodate a HUGE group – up to 40 people – then Laughing Bear is it. 10,000 luxurious square feet of space with nine bedrooms sits on 14 acres. It’s perfect for a corporate team-building group or church retreat…even a family reunion.
For recreation there is an indoor racquetball and basketball court, ping pong and pool tables, arcade games, a 220yd driving green, fire pit, and river tubes and life jackets available for floating in backyard.
