Bear Claw Vineyards is truly one of our favorite vineyards in North Georgia, and made our list of Top Things to do in Blue Ridge. We stayed in an treehouse at Bear Claw that’s located right on the property – an unforgettable experience!
If you want to tour this vineyard in style, consider a VIP tour. Or better yet – get the VIP tour and retire to the treehouse after experiencing their generous tasting pours.
What’s unique about the VIP tour? Many things.
First, you’ll be hosted by Michelle “Mick” Swim, who owns the vineyard. She’ll be with you the whole hour and half.
What I consider to be the best part – you’ll be treated to seven different tastings, and we’re not talking little plastic sample cups. These are generous pours. (I love those two words)
Let’s be careful out there, folks. You probably don’t want to do the rookie move and partake in your generous pours on en empty stomach. Enjoy some complimentary Amish cheese and crackers along the way.
Of course you’ll be able to ask questions along the way and take advantage of ton of photo opportunities while you’re at it.
When you leave, take that Bear Claw souvenir glass with you.

Not up to staying in the treehouse on this go around. No worries, there are many great places to stay in Blue Ridge here.
