Pup parents in Atlanta have a new spot to enjoy their favorite boozy beverages while their furry friends play in the park, get groomed or attend day care! Skiptown, Atlanta’s new go-to spot for pups and their people, is now officially serving alcohol at its social club bar.

The Kirkwood hub offers a wide selection of drinks, including local beers on tap, wine, frozen drinks, seltzers, liquor, and more. Along with the social club and bar, Skiptown offers a full outdoor dog park, daycare and boarding services, and pet care services including grooming and training.

Bar Menu

Skiptown’s social club features a full bar menu consisting of 24 on-tap options comprising 18 beers, three ciders, and three wines, including a rosé, a white wine, and a sparkling brut. Guests can enjoy drinks in both the 3,000 square-foot bar area and the 13,000 square-foot outdoor park.

When developing the bar beverage menu, and specifically the on-tap options, Skiptown put a significant focus on offering brews and drinks from companies based locally in the Atlanta area. In turn, Skiptown partnered with Atlanta Hard Cider to offer three of its cider flavors (Honey Bee, Crisp Apple, and Peach) as gluten-free alcohol options.

Skiptown also partnered with Atlanta brewery Monday Night Brewing to offer a number of its beers, including the popular 404 Atlanta Lager and Death Raptor.

Specialty Cocktails

In addition to the on-tap options, Skiptown will offer a number of specialty cocktails, including frozen alcoholic drinks, like the “Barking Berry,” with berry purées, Bacardi coconut rum, and Chardonnay, “Paw-rific Peach,” with peach purée, Deep Eddy Peach Vodka, and more.

Skiptown has also partnered with national brands Jack Daniel’s and Bacardi to offer a selection of canned cocktails, including Jack and Cokes, Rum Punches, and Piña Coladas. Non-drinkers can enjoy Skiptown’s zero-proof libations, including the “Sunrise” mocktail and Poodle Punch, and even pups can join in on the fun with a puppaccino.

Social Club & Coffee Bar

Skiptown’s social club features the Skiptown bar, three TVs, numerous tables with seating for over 50 guests, and an additional seating bench next to the bar complete with charger outlets. The social club’s rolling garage-style doors open to the dog park and feature a full view of the park. Plus, pup parents can keep an eye on their pup’s playtime via a TV screen next to the social club menu boards.

Along with alcoholic drinks, Skiptown offers a full coffee bar featuring lattes, drip coffee, cappuccinos, and tea. Guests can also enjoy several bites, including breakfast items like sandwiches and muffins, pre-packed bar snacks like chips, popcorn, and jerky, and warm savory items like pretzel bites, pizza, and paw-tater tots from a small restaurant stall adjacent to the social club and dog park featuring a covered patio with tables and chairs.

Skiptown is a 21+ facility, and persons under 21 years of age will not be permitted entry. Visitors must also register their pups in the Skiptown app prior to visiting.
