An Hour from Atlanta, a Street Party Worth the Drive

If you’re like me, you’re always on the hunt for something new and exciting to do. And while Atlanta has plenty to offer, sometimes it’s nice to venture out and explore what our neighbors have going on. So, grab your calendar and mark down these dates because the Summer Street Party series in LaGrange is calling your name!

Head to LaGrange on Friday, June 20, from 5–9 p.m. for their next Summer Street Party—an easy one-hour drive from Atlanta and fully worth the calendar space.

South Main Street turns into a walkable party zone with live music on two stages (thanks to Sweetland Amphitheater and Wild Leap Brew Co.), food trucks, local vendors, and open-container freedom so you can sip as you stroll. Expect craft brews, cocktails, and a few surprises from local favorites.

It’s family-friendly, free to attend, and has a little something for everyone—music, food, drinks, shopping, and even a chance to win up to $200 in gift cards through the Passport Program (just scan QR codes from vendors as you explore).

Make it a day trip, bring a few friends, and soak up the small-town summer energy. July 18 is the last one of the season, so now’s the time.
