Dive into Flannery O’Connor’s world with Wildcat, a new movie coming soon. Directed by Ethan Hawke and starring Maya Hawke and Laura Linney, the movie will bring O’Connor’s story and short stories to life. Make sure you watch the movie preview — it seriously looks excellent, and has already received rave reviews from critics.

If you’re ready to learn more about O’Connor’s life before the movie comes out, make sure to head on down to Milledgeville, GA, and explore Andalusia, the Home of Flannery O’Connor. Andalusia Farm served as her home from 1951-1964. In that time, she completed the bulk of her literary work, as the farm’s environment influenced the setting of many of her writings.

This historic-home-turned-museum features exhibits that showcase the history of the site when O’Connor lived there. Andalusia is open Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 4pm, and Sundays from 2-4pm. Tickets are $7 for adults and $2 for students.
