Prepare for the Prowl: Madison’s Safari Opening Could be Georgia’s Newest Gem

Georgia Safari Conservation Park has been in the works for a while, but it’s looking like a Q1 2024 opening will be the event of the year!

Located in Madison,  animal encounters and a drive-through safari offer the opportunity to get up close and personal with both exotic and endangered animals.

Prepare for the Prowl: Madison's Safari Opening Could be Georgia's Newest Gem

Board one of their custom safari vehicles and take an immersive and interpretive guided tour of an expansive wildlife savanna comprised of the open plains and forests in a 530-acre park encountering their animal ambassadors along the way.

The VIP tour includes a private, behind-the-scenes tour of the giraffe and rhino barn and a guided safari tour. You can also sign up for public tours of the animals or a public safari tour.

But that’s not all….

My favorite feature? You can overnight here!

Imagine waking up to the gentle giants of the animal kingdom, as giraffes gracefully graze just a few steps away from your private deck or having 24-hour views of the giraffes from within your private luxury suite inside a state-of-the-art giraffe barn.

Pick from two-bedroom luxurious safari tents, a one-bedroom honeymoon lodge with a canopy bed, or a VIP private suit for 4 that peers into the giraffe and rhino barn.

All accommodations require a 2-night stay, minimum… and come with a guided safari drive-through tour and giraffe and rhino encounter.
