Atlanta Business Chronicle announced that Legacy Ventures has agreed to purchase the century-old, 100-acre resort and restaurant known as Dillard House.
Hyatt House Perimeter Center, Park Pavilion, Louie’s on the Lake and Max’s Lakeside are among the properties in their portfolio.
Changes to the property are expected to include the name (Dillard House Farm and Resort) and about $20M in refurbishments.
Expect upgrades to the guest rooms, restaurant, conference space, pool and tennis court.
They will also build new buildings for weddings and events, and more activities will be introduced like fly fishing, pickleball, archery and disc golf.
