It’s even more special when you can make it to one of their special, themed events. Mark your calendars, because there’s a special dinner event coming up this Sunday April 7th. Go up for just the evening, or stay overnight with your sweetie and call in to work late the next day.

Chateau Elan presents The Enchanted Forest Chef and Winemaker Dinner on April 7th from 6:30p.m. to 10:00p.m

Here’s the resort’s description of what’s looks to promise and unforgettable evening.

“This evening is not just a meal but a journey through imaginative flavors and pairings commencing with a captivating charcuterie selection that teases the palate and is perfectly paired with a home-grown wine.

Guests will experience culinary excellence as they wander through the creatively orchestrated courses like the “Bambi” Tartare and the delicately crafted Beetroot Raviolo.

Each dish is paired meticulously with Chateau Elan’s finest wines, enhancing the flavors and elevating the experience. The dinner culminates in a dessert that’s both a treat for the taste buds and a feast for the eyes. This event promises an unforgettable evening of gastronomic delight.”
