Calling all Buc-ee’s fans! You’ll soon be able to find some of the world’s cleanest bathrooms in Brunswick.
Not only will you find amazing snacks, BBQ, fuel pumps, souvenirs, and the friendly beaver mascot here…you’ll find a lot of them. The new Brunswick location is set to be the largest Buc-ee’s in Georgia.
Buc-ee’s broke ground on their newest Georgia location in Brunswick on Monday, January 29, with local leaders in attendance.
The massive gas station and convenience store with a friendly beaver as a mascot will be located off I-95, about an hour south of Savannah, near vacation spots in the Golden Isles — such as Jekyll Island, St. Simons Island, and Sea Island.
“Brunswick is a natural stop between our Florida and South Carolina locations on a stretch of interstate near the beautiful Georgia coastline,” said Stan Beard of Buc-ee’s. “The community has welcomed us with open arms, and we are excited to finally get started here.”
The Brunswick store will be the third location in Georgia for Buc-ee’s. Locations in Warner Robins and Calhoun are each about 53,000 square feet, but the Brunswick location is set to be the largest in the state at 74,000 square feet!
In addition to all the space for Buc-ee’s favorites, including Texas barbeque, homemade fudge, kolaches, Beaver Nuggets, jerky and fresh pastries, there will also be 120 fueling positions at the Brunswick Buc-ee’s.
If you’ve never been to a Buc-ee’s…I assure you, it’s quite the experience!
You’ll find thousands of snack, meal, and drink options here, as well as their award-winning restrooms (seriously…and well deserved!), cheap gas, souvenirs, and excellent service. It’s a one-stop shop for all things travel, and the new Brunswick location is sure to bring more of the same.
Buc-ee’s Brunswick will bring more than 200 full-time jobs to the area, with starting pay beginning above minimum wage, full benefits, a 6% matching 401k, and three weeks of paid vacation.
We’ll definitely let you know when this new location is up and running and ready for you!
