Heather Mundt is a freelance writer, family-travel expert, and Colorado native who lives in the same Front Range city where she grew up, Longmont. A wife and mom of two boys (and two rescue huskies), she loves adventuring throughout the Centennial State and beyond, writing about family travels and outdoor adventures for several publications, as well as on her site, Momfari.
