At 6pm, enjoy a gourmet dinner by Executive Chef Karl Elliott in Studio Theatre that will include heavenly appetizers, an entree, a beverage, and a dessert. Your choices include…
- Appetizer choices: Tomato Bisque or Baby Gem Lettuce Salad with candied pecans and a champagne vinaigrette
- Entree Choices: Chicken Duxelles, Surf & Turf, or Butternut Squash Ravioli
- Dessert: Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake and a glass of wine or champagne

After dinner, it’s time for the show!
Crooner Ryan Davis will be bringing his big band, The Chairmen of Swing, to Byers Theatre for a swingin’ Valentine’s Day treat. Whether performing with a 20-piece big band or in smaller combos, Davis achieves critical success with his concert performances. You’ll hear romantic big band classics like “Fly Me to the Moon,” “The Way You Look Tonight,” “You Make Me Feel So Young,” and “Get Me to Church on Time.”
