SocialBites Food Hub Announces Fun Weekly Events

SocialBites, the first “food hub” to call metro Atlanta home, has announced its schedule of fun weekly events that make a visit here even more exciting.

SocialBites is a Food Hub in Sandy Springs that opened its doors in July. Here, you’ll find four different restaurants, a full bar, interactive games, and now — exciting events taking place regularly each week.

“Our programming is a perfect addition to SocialBites and helps create the experience that we envisioned for our guests,” said Aziz Hashim, Founder/Principal of Experiential Brands. “The elements of connection are a part of what sets SocialBites apart as a Food Hub.”

Along with the weekly programming, SocialBites also offers a variety of games that guests can enjoy every day. Inside, the Food Hub now houses shelves filled with a selection of classic and modern games, like Uno, Life, Magnetic Chess, Banana Grams, and more. Guests who would rather hangout outdoors can enjoy several rounds of cornhole on SocialBites’ turfed patio.

• Mondays: Trivia fans can visit from 7-9 p.m. to test their trivia knowledge! Hosted by Atlanta’s own Outspoken Entertainment, players are encouraged to compete with family and friends and play for the chance to win a prize.

• Wednesdays: Every other Wednesday from 7-9 p.m., SocialBites hosts trivia nights with a themed twist! Fandoms of popular TV shows and movies can gather at the Food Hub to prove they’re the ultimate fans. Earlier this month SocialBites hosted a Harry Potter-themed trivia night and those who love the hit TV show “Friends” can join SocialBites tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 18 for a trivia night dedicated to the series. Upcoming trivia themes include “The Office,” Disney, “Game of Thrones” and more!

• Friday + Saturday Nights: The weekends are for food, drinks, music, and fun! Guests can head upstairs to BarSocial to enjoy live music from a different band every Friday and Saturday night from 7-10 p.m. Acts like Wild Irish Rose, Working Hour, and Lauren Jordan will play live while patrons can choose from the bar’s selection of craft cocktails, wine, beer, boozy milkshakes, and a food menu featuring a variety of pizzas from SocialBites’ Pinsa Roman Pizza.

• SEC Saturdays: SocialBites is the perfect spot for guests to watch their favorite SEC team all football season long! Each Saturday this fall, SocialBites will host a viewing party for the 12 p.m. SEC game. Guests can meetup with football-loving friends and family and watch the game on SocialBites large TV screens while enjoying their favorite football party fare – from burgers and pizza to drinks from BarSocial.

SocialBites is open 11am-11pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am-10pm on Sunday. BarSocial is open 5-11 p.m. Monday to Friday, Noon-11 p.m. Saturday and Noon-10 p.m. on Sunday. Free parking is available in a lot directly in front of the building.
