Shiloh’s Chalet – a Cozy Winter-Themed Popup Bar In Alpharetta

Even as a long time Atlanta resident, the term après-ski stokes a fire in my mountain-loving, snowboard-riding soul. It’s got a bit to do with Hygge as well, a Danish term that describes a cozy, contented mood evoked by comfort and conviviality. Warming up in a cold, winter climate with friends and nog refuels the soul.

Perhaps a trip to the Alps is a bit out of reach in the near term. Consider this winter-themed popup bar in Alpharetta.

A new winter pop-up bar, Shiloh’s Chalet, debuts in November 29th, just in time for the holiday season. The Chalet, which is located in Shiloh’s bar, provides a festive wintery wonderland and après-ski lounge experience through February 2nd.

The venue features classic winter décor, comfortable lounge seating, and an elegant bar. It will serve a selection of festive cocktails and small bites. Guests can toast with beverages like ginger snap buttered rum, frosted cosmopolitan, or espresso martini served in vintage holiday glassware or choose from a list of ingredients to craft customized holiday cocktails.

Small plates enhance the cozy vibes with savory offerings like Parmesan truffle fries, spinach artichoke dip, and chili served alongside sweet treats like s’mores and a funnel cake sundae.
