I admit it. I’m a nerd. A nerd who loves science – but also loves comedy. And I’m guessing I’m not alone in this. The amount of entertainment content created for this particular persona is immense. That’s my Big Bang Theory, anyway.
If this combination get’s your beakers boiling then Tellus Science Museum has an event coming up just for you. Details below.
Tellus Science Museum presents Science Comedy Night on Friday, September 13th from 7pm to 9:30pm.
This is an adults-only, 21+ event so get those babysitters lined up. Advance registration is required, and registration closes Wednesday, September 11th at 5 PM.
From Tellus Science Museum, “Get ready for a side-splitting journey into the wacky world of science at our Science Comedy Night! Join some of Atlanta’s brightest scientists as they dissect their scientific disciplines and bring on the laughs. It’s a night to enjoy adult beverages, delicious heavy hors d’oeuvres, and honor the experts who’ve cracked the code to being seriously funny about seriously smart stuff!”
There are 10 comedians/scientists on the docket – and yes, many of these folks are indeed both! See that! The data support my Big Bang Theory of Science and Comedy!
