BBQ Boogie & Blues is a locally sponsored event and free for all ages. As if mouth-watering ‘que wasn’t alluring enough, the festival will also have arts and crafts vendors, a backyard grilling competition, and an antique car cruise-in. Let the kids play in the “kid zone,” complete with inflatables and face-painting. For the over 21 crowd, there is beer and wine garden selling a variety of spirits. There are also food vendors on site including some of the contest participants.

Friday night, country-rock outfit The Kurt Thomas Band will take the stage and the Fly Betty Band will close out the festival on Saturday with some classic party hits. On Saturday, guests can pay $10 to sample and vote for their favorite competitors’ BBQ in the People’s Choice contest.
