Get ready to get spooked!
If you’re looking to learn more about paranormal phenomena happening in the Roswell area — then you’ll want to make plans to attend a Roswell Ghost Tour.
Paranormal investigators run the Roswell Ghost Tours, and you’ll learn so much about history, ghosts, and haunts on one of these award-winning tours. (They were once featured on SyFy’s Ghost Hunters!)
Although Roswell Ghost Tour offers tours year-round, there’s something special about going on a ghost tour during the spooky season, don’t you think?
During a Roswell Ghost Tour, you’ll meet at the bandstand in the Roswell Town Square and then your guide will lead you on a 2.5-hour walking tour through the historic district of Roswell.
One of the highlights of the tour is a visit to Founders Cemetery, the burial site of the founder of Roswell, Roswell King. Here, bodies are buried beneath modern streets and houses. Grand Greek revival mansions and humble mill worker’s apartments are some of the other haunted sites you’ll see during the 1-mile walk. It’s recommended to bring a flashlight. (And if you have it, you can bring your own ghost hunting equipment!)
This year, not only are they offering their amazing ghost tours, they’re also offering a special Investigation Tour with Shane Pittman and Josh Purvis from The Searchers on October 20.
Tours are offered most nights in October, and you can find their full schedule HERE.
