Alright kids, it’s time to gear up for the Peach Kids Triathlon at Wills Park in Alpharetta!

The Peach Kids Triathlon is returning to Wills Park in Alpharetta on Sunday, May 18, offering an unforgettable day of fitness, fun, and family-friendly competition.

The triathlon kicks off at 7:30am at Wills Park Pool, located at 1815 Old Milton Parkway. The event is designed to provide a high-quality experience for young athletes, emphasizing fitness, fun, with a focus on safety.

Open to children ages 6 to 14, the event features age-specific race waves with start times beginning at 7:30 a.m. for Seniors (ages 12-14), followed by 8:00 a.m. for Intermediates (ages 9-11), and 8:30 a.m. for Juniors (ages 6-8). All times following the initial wave are approximate and may vary slightly. Distances for the Peach Kids Triathlon will vary based on the age of the participant. 

All participants who cross the finish line will receive a commemorative medal, celebrating their achievement. Trophies will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers, while ribbons will go to 4th and 5th place finishers. The Awards Ceremony will take place approximately 30 minutes after the final finisher crosses the line. Awards cannot be mailed, and winners must be present to collect their award or designate someone on-site to do so on their behalf.

The Peach Kids Triathlon is an event filled with camaraderie and athletic spirit. Families are encouraged to come out and cheer on these young athletes as they swim, bike, and run their way to the finish line. With a focus on encouragement and achievement, the Peach Kids Triathlon promises to be a memorable event for every participant.
