Offered every Wednesday and Thursday in June (and possibly beyond), this six-seat experience is intimate, experimental, and just the right amount of mysterious. It’s the kind of night where you say yes to whatever’s next—and each round somehow gets better.
Michelin-Level Cocktails, Without the Fuss
The brains behind the bar? Michelin-starred Chef Jason Liang and Beverage Director Kirk Gibson, who clearly understand that cocktails don’t have to play second fiddle. Here, they’re the main event.
You’ll get:

- Taiwanese-inspired small bites paired to perfection
