Offering a beautiful backdrop for springtime memory-making, the Georgia lakeside destination has a basketful of plans in store for friends and families throughout the South. Whether donning their Sunday best and gathering during the holiday weekend for an Easter egg hunt and sumptuous brunch or tearing the tags off this year’s bathing suit for a week-long Spring Break staycation, Lanier Islands promises “A Different World, Close to Home.”

Spring Break Lakehouse Stay Accommodations Package

Offering the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure, the Spring Break Lakehouse Stay Accommodations Package includes a LakeHouse stay, a Resort Cart, Breakfast for four at Sidney’s Restaurant, and a $50 Game Changer Play Card.

Each 1,200-square-foot cabin sleeps up to eight people and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a full kitchen, and a deck with a grill.

While at the Islands, the whole family can enjoy a dip in the heated saltwater Legacy Lodge pool and s’mores around the glow of a fire pit. They can also hop on their included Resort Cart to explore the Islands, with a stopover at Game Changer to cash in on their $50 Play Card and enjoy 23,000 square feet of all-season fun – including axe throwing, duckpin bowling, virtual sports suites, arcade games, an escape room, two bars, and a full-service restaurant.

Additional fun can be found on the beach at Margaritaville and on the green at Legacy Golf Course. Guests won’t want to miss the Beach Bash on the sand inside Margaritaville at Lanier Islands on April 5 or the pool party at the Legacy Lodge pool on April 6. Easter Brunch and Egg Hunts at Legacy Lodge

On Sunday, April 20, Lanier Islands will host an Easter Brunch and egg hunt at its flagship hotel, Legacy Lodge. The brunch – with seatings between noon and 6 p.m. – will include traditional breakfast favorites, such as Made-to-Order Omelets, Crispy Bacon, and Savory Sausage, as well as Easter favorites like Ham, Leg of Lamb, Sweet Potatoes, Mac & Cheese, and a delicious selection of desserts.

There will also be egg hunts in the courtyard behind Legacy Lodge, starting at Noon and occurring every hour, with the last hunt at 5 p.m. The Easter Bunny will be hopping his way around the Lodge lobby and courtyard during the egg hunts, so guests are encouraged to have their phones at the ready to snap some great photos.

Easter Celebration Accommodations Package

Families throughout the South are invited to make a weekend out of the Easter fun and family togetherness. The Easter Celebration package includes a deluxe room at Legacy Lodge, Easter Brunch for two adults and two children, and an Easter Egg Hunt for the little ones. This package can be upgraded to include accommodations in the Legacy Villas or LakeHouses.

For an added layer of fun, guests can rent a Resort Cart and request clues from the front desk to participate in a Resort Cart Scavenger Hunt throughout the 1,200-acre resort.

Afternoon Tea at Sidney’s

NEW at Lanier Islands, the resort is proud to debut elegant experiences featuring premium hand-crafted teas by Jenwey Tea and a selection of delectable bites, all enjoyed with a serene lakeside view from the windows of Sidney’s Restaurant inside Legacy Lodge. More Lake Lanier Fun

Guests of Lanier Islands in April can also enjoy live music, trivia nights, bingo nights, karaoke nights, and happy hours at Game Changer. Overnight guests are invited to take part in s’mores socials on Saturdays and morning yoga on Sundays between 9-10 a.m.
