Fall is my favorite season, and there’s no better way to celebrate than by enjoying a meal or drink on one of Atlanta’s great patios! Here’s a roundup of some of the best places in Atlanta to enjoy patio dining this fall.

  • COOKS & SOLDIERS. This James Beard-nominated Basque restaurant features a modern and airy patio, perfect for soaking in the fall breeze. 
  • LITTLE SPARROW. Experience a Parisian autumn on the patio and warm up with velvety, melted cheese over crispy frites with the raclette service. 
  • BAR BLANC. The steak friterie’s prix fixe menu is better enjoyed al fresco, overlooking the train tracks from the newly opened, French-inspired patio. 
  • NO. 246. This fall, no. 246 is featuring a new daily rotation of “blue plate specials” —from clam bucatini and rotolo di bolognese to lobster fra diavolo—perfect for enjoying the changing Decatur leaves and twinkling lights on the patio of this classic Italian spot.
  • MARCUS BAR & GRILLEChe. ck out Edgewood Ave’s fall foliage from the patio at Marcus Bar & Grille. Dine under heaters and savor warm, vibrant Southern staples like the buttery M’s cornbread. Blankets are also provided!
