Which cities in the United States have the most puppy love for our canine companions? LawnStarter found the answers, and you’ll be happy to know that Atlanta made the list!
To mark National Dog Day on Aug. 26, LawnStarter fetched 2024’s Most Dog-Friendly Cities.
They compared the 500 biggest U.S. cities based on 5 categories. More specifically, they considered access to dog-friendly housing and businesses, friendliness of dog-related laws, and affordability of canine services like training and dog sitting among 34 total metrics.
And Atlanta made a good showing!
Atlanta came in at #21 on the list out of 500 U.S. cities! Atlanta ranked high in the categories that dealt with the number of animal hospitals and pet-friendly restaurants in particular.
