Why You Should Visit This Awesome Park in Cave Spring, Ga

Rolater Park in Cave Spring, Ga is a fun place to spend a warm afternoon! There is a playground, and a seasonal pool (all natural water – no chlorine!) Within the park is a natural spring. People come here from miles and miles around to fill up there water jugs with this crystal clean delicious water.

The water coming from the spring into the pond area is not for wading or swimming, but it runs down stream through a concrete and stone channel.  Out into the channel you can dip your feet…but this water is freezing!

Another thing our kiddos enjoyed was touring the cave! It is only $1 per person, and well worth it.  It isn’t big, but there are a few nooks and crannies for exploring.  There is also a 3/4 mile hike around the outside of the cave, and picnic tables near the spring (nominal fee.)
