Looking for amazing spring events in a beautiful setting? It’s time to head to Callanwolde!

Callanwolde, located in the heart of metro Atlanta, is a nonprofit community arts center and venue that calls a historic 12-acre estate home. As you can imagine — it is beautiful.
Throughout the year, Callanwolde holds amazing events, and this spring is no different! Here are some of the best events happening at their beautiful location this spring.
- Spring Concert Series. Spring Concert Series continues with 2 new live performances in April. Enjoy the indie rock vibes of Rose Hotel on April 11th and the soulful rock of Luke Winslow King on April 25th. Next month, Ever More Nest will be performing May 9. Bring friends, pack your favorite snacks, and sip on a cold beverage in the open-air amphitheater in their premium VIP seating or on the lawn with general admission. Attend all 3 concerts and save with a season pass, now 25% off.
- Ceramic Workshop. Acclaimed artist Alice Woodruff provides a hands-on workshop exploring the techniques behind her renowned Warrior Women series. Open to potters and clay sculptors of all levels, this immersive experience dives into the art of figurative ceramic sculpture. Sign up for the Workshop HERE.
- Art House Camp. The Art House half-day camp experience invites little ones to spend a few hours exploring all that Callanwolde has to offer through art, music, and dance. Led by Callanwolde dance instructors and art teachers, each week corresponds with the weekly Creative Camp themes. Spring and summer sessions available. Registration is open now.
- In the Gallery. Warrior Women is a magnificent collection of ceramic sculptures. The exhibit portrays real-life heroines from women around the world. Each sculpture is accompanied by a written narrative that tells the compelling story of a woman who struggled against unfair and often brutal circumstances. This collection is being exhibited through April 17. Tickets are FREE but you must RSVP HERE.
Opening May 1, a powerful exhibition presented by African Americans For The Arts (AAFTA), will be showcasing a compelling collection of visual art that speaks to the resilience, identity, and lived experiences of its creators. More than a reflection of history, these works engage with contemporary events, offering bold perspectives on social justice, culture, and the ever-evolving artistic landscape. Tickets are FREE and you can RSVP HERE.
- Children’s Dance Classes. Calling all dancers ages 3-9 years old. Come dance with Callanwolde this summer at Callanwolde School of Dance and explore everything they have to offer. Their summer children’s classes include creative movement, ballet, modern, and tap.
