Looking to get into the spirit of spring? The Blind Pig Parlour Bar has transformed into a floral wonderland with seasonal sips and bites you’ll love.

This spring, The Blind Pig Parlour Bar invites guests into a colorful world of blooming florals and seasonal celebrations with The Blooming Pig, its latest pop-up experience. Opening Friday, March 7, the bar will feature vibrant spring-inspired décor that pays homage to cherished spring events including St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, the Masters and the Kentucky Derby.
The curated menu includes a delightful mix of Southern-inspired savory and sweet dishes and refreshing spring-themed cocktails.
The food menu is a feast for the eyes and palate, featuring shareable plates and indulgent desserts such as:
- Southern fried chicken slider with bistro aioli, bread and butter pickles and french fries ($10)
- Mac ‘n cheese bites with smoked white BBQ aioli ($8)
- Vidalia onion dip with summer vegetable crudité ($8)
- Honey garlic bacon-wrapped shrimp with spiced jalapeño ranch ($12)
- Garden-inspired crostini with whipped ricotta, assorted roasted vegetables and balsamic reduction ($9)
- A Spring Picnic in Atlanta with salami, pickled okra, pimento cheese, BBQ pork rinds, peach old-fashion jam, summer fruits and olive oil crostini ($19)
- Sweet summer banana cream “pie” with salted Caramel and candied bourbon pecans ($6)
- Dark chocolate petite brownie sundae with vanilla bean ice cream, toffee caramel sauce and roasted cherries ($7)
- Lemon sorbet in a natural lemon shell ($6)
The beverage menu is sprouting with vibrant, creative cocktails ($16), shots ($9), wine and beer to capture the flavors of the season including:
- Garden Party martini – vodka, St. Elder elderflower liqueur, fresh cucumber juice and simple syrup
- Lavender lemon spritz – Empress gin, lavender syrup, lemon and sparkling wine
- Strawberry basil refresher – white rum, lime, agave, muddled strawberries and basil
- Honey peach paloma – tequila, peach schnapps, grapefruit juice, lime and honey
- Rosé raspberry sangria – rosé wine, raspberry, lychee liqueur, simple syrup and rose water
- MatChai Tini – bourbon, matcha syrup, cream, Angostura and foam
- Pig Slippers – Midori, triple sec, lemon and sparkling wine
- Chamomile old fashioned – chamomile-infused bourbon, honey syrup and orange bitters
- Blooming Beauty – reposado tequila, triple sec, coconut, passionfruit, lime and pineapple juice
- She Dragged Me Here – Miller Lite, shot of Jameson and cheers
- It’s Tea Time (shot) – selection of whiskey or vodka, lemon, peach schnapps and a splash of Sprite
- Spring Fling (shot) – vodka, vanilla liqueur, lime and passionfruit
- Limoncello (shot) – the perfect end to a spring night
The pop-up is open Tuesday through Sunday starting at 5 p.m., and reservations via OpenTable are strongly recommended. Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Blooming Pig is located in the Blind Pig Parlour Bar, which you’ll find at the pink door behind their sister restaurant, Chido & Padre’s. The address is 128 East Andrews Dr., NE in Atlanta.
