Zoo Atlanta is helping kick off the Atlanta Science Festival with BioMechanics Day, which will be held on March 9 from 10am – 2pm. During this special day, visitors can celebrate the diversity of animals and the incredible ways they move.

BioMechanics Day is a day of learning and experiencing biomechanics of animals from around the world. The event will feature representatives in biomechanics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, sharing their work with Zoo Atlanta guests.

During the event you’ll find live demonstrations and presentations around the Zoo that will interest both kids and adults, and you’ll be able to learn about biomechanics of humans and animals.

This fun event at the Zoo is included with your Zoo Atlanta General Admission ticket.
