This St. Patrick’s Day, celebrate with family and friends at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra’s Family Concert: The Luck of the Irish!

Family Concert: The Luck of the Irish will be held on Sunday, March 17 at 1:30pm and 3pm at Atlanta Symphony Hall.

During this fun Family Concert, Irish storytellers will share enchanting tales that will be told with dance and music, including traditional Irish jigs and reels featuring members of Burke Connolly Atlanta Irish Dance and Atlanta-based actors and cirque performers.

The program will look like this…

  • Traditional: Selections from Irish Suite (arr. Leroy Anderson)
  • Holmès: Selection from “La Nuit et l’Amour” (Night and Love) from Ludus pro patria (Patriotic Games)
  • Grainger: Molly on the Shore
  • John Williams: Suite from Far and Away

In addition to Irish music and dancing, you’ll also find pre-concert activities. Arrive early to see Irish music and dancing by Phoenix School of Irish Arts, a photo op provided by Chickadee Photo Booth, face painting, crafts, and Girl Scout Cookies!

Tickets range from $16 to $23, and are on sale now and can be found here.
