A legendary figure in Atlanta Symphony Orchestra history returns to lead breathtaking performances:
- Robert Spano Conducts (March 20, 22 & March 27, 29) – Music Director Laureate Robert Spano takes audiences on a journey through Appalachian Spring, Vaughan Williams’ Fifth Symphony, and Jennifer Higdon’s stunning Harp Concerto. He then presents a dazzling musical tale featuring Rimsky-Korsakov’s masterpiece Scheherazade and a piano concerto by Scriabin, performed by Jae Hong Park.
